1. A method performed by a system to deliver media content to an end user device, wherein the method comprises:
receiving, by a mobile edge computing server, a blockchain comprising instructions for decompressing and reassembling media content stored at a storage system in the system;
receiving, by the mobile edge computing server, media packages associated with the media content from the storage system;
decompressing and reassembling, by a rendering application at the mobile edge computing server, the media packages to generate the render of the media content based on the instructions for decompressing and reassembling in the blockchain;
generating, by the rendering application, the render of the media content in response to decompressing the media packages and reassembling the media packages; and
transmitting, by the mobile edge computing server, the render of the media content to the end user device;
receiving, by the rendering application, an updated blockchain from the end user device, wherein the updated blockchain comprises a new block indicating consumption data of the media content at the end user device;
transmitting, by a transceiver of the mobile edge computing server, the updated blockchain to a server in communication with the storage system to update one or more artificial intelligence systems at the server; and
receiving, by the mobile edge computing server from the storage system, one or more media packages based at least in part on the updated blockchain.
