1. An image processing device, comprising:
a memory storing computer executable instructions; and
a processor configured to execute the computer executable instructions to control the image processing device to:
display a wide-viewing-angle image on a wearable display device;
while the wide-viewing-angle image is displayed on the wearable display device, wirelessly receive an operation instruction input directly to a handheld controller, wherein the operation instruction inputted directly to the handheld controller to the wearable device indicates to move a viewpoint position of the wide-viewing-angle image in a virtual space;
detect that a speed of moving the viewpoint position exceeds a permissible limit in the wide-viewing-angle image;
when the speed is detected as exceeding the permissible limit, restrict a field of view for observing the wide-viewing-angle image by masking a peripheral area of the wide-viewing-angle image; and
provide the wide-viewing-angle image in which the field of view is restricted for display by the wearable display device.
