1. A system for transferring control of a vehicle to a human operator, the system comprising:
a notification server configured to display a first manual control request notification to the human operator, the first manual control request notification being based at least in part on the readiness of the human operator and a security threat to the vehicle; and
the notification server being further configured to display a second manual control request notification to the human operator, the second manual control request notification being different from the first manual control request notification,
wherein control of the vehicle is transferred by a vehicle security arbiter to the human operator.
