1. A firearm-mountable article including a charging point to aid an operator in charging a firearm assembly, the firearm-mountable article comprising:
at least one body;
a light-transmissive element located rearwardly of at least part of the least one body, wherein a front-most light-transmissive surface of the light-transmissive element includes an exposed area having a height and a width; and
the at least one body arranged to aid the operator in charging the firearm assembly, wherein at least a portion of a front surface of the at least one body includes a textured surface, the at least the portion of the front surface having a height and a width, and wherein the operator can apply a force to the textured surface to charge the firearm assembly;
the at least one body including a lower section arranged to attach to the firearm assembly at a predefined fore/aft position on the firearm assembly;
wherein said width of the at least the portion of the front surface is not less than the width of the exposed area of the front-most light-transmissive surface of the light-transmissive element.
