1. A front sight post camera system for a firearm having a trigger, wherein the front sight post camera system comprises:
a firearm comprising a front sight post;
a camera assembly positioned within the front sight post;
a microphone;
a sensor;
a transmitter; and
a mobile application for installation on a remote smart device, wherein an audio clip recorded by the microphone is automatically sent to the remote smart device; and
wherein the camera assembly comprises an inner lens, a protective bezel, and a protective outer lens; and
wherein the protective bezel and the protective outer lens extend beyond a front surface of the front sight post.
