OG exemplary drawing

1. A fabric or flexible composite material for an inflatable safety product, the fabric or flexible composite material comprising:
a substrate having a weight less than or equal to 4.5 ounces/yd2 and a melting temperature less than 500° F., the substrate comprising polyethylene or ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene; and
a metallic layer provided on at least one surface of the substrate and such that the fabric or flexible composite material comprises an emissivity of less than or equal to 0.48, wherein the metallic layer is an outermost layer of the fabric or flexible composite material; and
an interior layer on a second surface of the substrate opposite the at least one surface, wherein the interior layer is an air-tight layer.
