1. An electronic element, comprising:
an anode;
a cathode, wherein the anode and cathode are oppositely disposed; and
a functional layer disposed between the anode and the cathode, the functional layer comprising:
an electron transport layer;
an organic light-emitting layer comprising a host material and a guest material, wherein the guest material is selected from Ir(ppy)3 or Ir(piq)2(acac); and
a hole transport layer,
wherein the host material is an organic compound consisting of a structure represented by Formula I and a structure represented by Formula II:
![]() wherein the structure represented by Formula I is fused with one structure represented by Formula II;
* represents a site where the structure represented by Formula I is fused with the structure represented by Formula II;
a ring A is selected from a benzene ring or a naphthalene ring;
n1 represents the number of R1, n2 represents the number of R2, and n3 represents the number of R3;
R1, R2 and R3 are represented by Rk, n1 to n3 are represented by nk, and k is a variable and represents 1, 2 or 3, wherein:
in response to determining that k is 1, nk is selected from 0, 1, 2, 3 or 4;
in response to determining that k is 2, nk is selected from 0, 1 or 2;
in response to determining that k is 3, nk is selected from 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 or 8; and
in response to determining that nk is greater than 1, any two nk are the same or different; and
optionally, any two adjacent Rk are connected to each other to form a benzene ring, and the formed benzene ring is optionally substituted with R′;
R1, R2, R3, and R′ are the same or different, and are each independently selected from an alkyl with 1 to 5 carbon atoms or a structure represented by Formula III:
-(L)m-Ar Formula III
m represents the number of L, and m is selected from 0, 1, 2 or 3, wherein in response to determining that m is 2 or 3, any two L are the same or different;
Ar is selected from the group consisting of:

X and Y are the same or different, and are each independently selected from a single bond, O, S, C(R4R5), and Si(R6R7), wherein X and Y are not simultaneously a single bond; and
wherein R4 to R7 are the same or different, and are each independently selected from an alkyl with 1 to 5 carbon atoms.
