1. An electronic device, comprising:
a base layer;
a thin-film transistor disposed on the base layer;
a display layer electrically connected with the thin-film transistor, and comprising a pixel defining layer having an opening;
a sensing layer disposed on the display layer, and comprising a first conductive layer and a second conductive layer disposed on a different layer from the first conductive layer; and
a black matrix disposed on the sensing layer,
wherein:
the pixel defining layer and the black matrix overlap each other when viewed in a plan view;
the first conductive layer includes a first connecting portion;
the second conductive layer includes a plurality of first sensor portions, a plurality of second sensor portions, each of the first sensor portions and each of the second sensor portions including a plurality of mesh lines, and a plurality of second connecting portions respectively electrically connecting adjacent ones of the second sensor portions to each other;
the first connecting portion electrically connects adjacent ones of the first sensor portions to each other; and
the first sensor portions and the second sensor portions do not overlap any portion of the opening when viewed in the plan view.
