1. A display substrate, comprising:
a base substrate;
a first signal line extending along a first direction as a whole and a second signal line extending along a second direction as a whole on the base substrate, wherein the first direction intersects the second direction;
a sub-pixel, wherein the sub-pixel comprises a pixel circuit, and the pixel circuit comprises:
a light emitting device, a driving transistor and a data writing transistor, wherein
the data writing transistor is configured to transmit a data signal to the driving transistor under a control of a first scan signal;
the driving transistor is configured to control a magnitude of a driving current flowing through the light emitting device according to the data signal, the driving transistor comprises an active pattern and a gate electrode, the active pattern comprises a channel region, and an orthographic projection of the channel region on the base substrate at least partially overlaps with an orthographic projection of the gate electrode on the base substrate;
the light emitting device is configured to receive the driving current and is driven by the driving current to emit light;
the pixel circuit further comprises a storage capacitor, and the storage capacitor comprises:
a first electrode plate, electrically connected with the gate electrode of the driving transistor; and
a second electrode plate, wherein an orthographic projection of the second electrode plate on the base substrate at least partially overlaps with an orthographic projection of the first electrode plate on the base substrate, and does not overlap with an orthographic projection of the channel region of the driving transistor on the base substrate.
