1. An image encoding device comprising:
circuitry configured to
acquire 3D data corresponding to a 3D object, wherein
the 3D data is expressed with a plurality of attributes each corresponding to a single geometry of the 3D object,
the attributes include a first attribute and a second attribute, and
viewpoints include a first viewpoint at a first time and a second viewpoint at a second time,
acquire instruction information indicating a rendering path from the first time to the second time,
generate, based on the rendering path, partial attribute video frames including
a first attribute video frame of the first time that includes the first attribute and the second attribute, and
a second attribute video frame of the second time that includes the second attribute but excludes the first attribute,
code the partial attribute video frames, and
generate attribute information indicating
whether each of the first attribute and the second attribute is included in the coded partial attribute video frames at the first time, and
whether each of the first attribute and the second attribute is included in the coded partial attribute video frames at the second time.
