1. An apparatus for data processing and troubleshooting at a query management service, comprising:
one or more processors;
memory coupled with the one or more processors; and
instructions stored in the memory and executable by the one or more processors to cause the apparatus to:
receive, via a public proxy for communicating internet requests between the query management service and a communication service, an indication of a query from a user of the communication service;
determine an intent of the query based at least in part on using a third-party natural language processing (NLP) model to analyze the query from the user;
execute, within a distributed computing environment that includes the query management service and a set of multi-substrate network security services, a sequence of actions that correspond to the intent of the query and includes configuring a security policy for at least one substrate associated with the set of multi-substrate network security services, wherein the at least one substrate comprises an infrastructure underlying a service instance;
obtain one or more query results based at least in part on executing the sequence of actions within the distributed computing environment; and
transmit an indication of the one or more query results to the communication service connected to the query management service via the public proxy, wherein the one or more query results are rendered according to feedback information from the user.
