1. An electronic device, comprising,
at least one mmWave module configured to transmit and receive RF (radio frequency) signals;
memory storing instructions; and
at least one processor,
wherein the instructions, when executed by the at least one processor, cause the electronic device to:
transmit, through the at least one mmWave module, first RF signals for a wireless communication;
identify that a communication operation corresponding to the first RF signals is in an inactive state;
while the communication operation corresponding to the first RF signals is in the inactive state, transmit, through the at least one mmWave module, second RF signals for sensing an object;
in response to transmitting the second RF signals, identify third RF signals received through the at least one mm Wave module; and
based on the third RF signals, identify information related to the object.
