1. An antenna substrate, comprising:
an antenna unit including first and second pattern layers, and a plurality of insulating layers including a first insulating layer providing a first insulating region between the first and second pattern layers and being in contact with the first and second pattern layers;
a feed unit including third and fourth pattern layers, and a second insulating layer providing a second insulating region between the third and fourth pattern layers; and
a core portion including a core layer, and first and second core pattern layers adjacent to each other with the core layer interposed therebetween,
wherein each of the first and second pattern layers, and the first core pattern layer, includes an antenna pattern,
each of the third and fourth pattern layers includes a feed pattern,
the core portion is disposed between the antenna unit and the feed unit,
the first insulating region is thicker than the second insulating region,
the plurality of insulating layers of the antenna unit include a third insulating layer interposed between the first core pattern layer and the first pattern layer, and
the third insulating layer is in contact with the first insulating layer and the first pattern layer, and in direct contact with the core layer.
