1. A computer implemented method, comprising:
receiving, using an interactive graphical display, financial information regarding a user;
calculating a target home price based on the financial information;
generating a target home price adjustment interface that displays, using the interactive graphical display, the target home price and a slide bar having a slider for adjustment of one or more of: monthly payment; and down payment;
receiving an input via the target home price adjustment interface;
in response to the input, generating a map interface that displays, using the interactive graphical display, a map with graphical elements showing relative geographical positions of homes, the graphical elements including visual indicators indicating affordability of the homes,
receiving, subsequent to the generating the map interface, a request to provide a modified target home price, the request being received from a sliding adjustment of the slider;
receiving, subsequent to the request and via the target home price adjustment interface, another input; and
in response to the sliding adjustment and the another input, modifying the map interface on the interactive graphical display to generate a modified map interface that includes the graphical elements, the modifying including changing one of the visual indicators from a first visual indicator to a second visual indicator, the first visual indicator indicating that a purchase price and a monthly payment amount for one of the homes fit the target home price, and the second visual indicator indicating that only one of the purchase price and the monthly payment amount for the one of the homes fits the modified target home price.
