1. A method performed by a payment card comprising a processor, a memory storing a set of data including a count number, and a transceiver, the method comprising:
receiving, from a payment terminal, a first signal;
responsive to the first signal, updating the count number;
generating a second signal including the set of data; and
transmitting, to the payment terminal, the second signal.
