29. A radio frequency identification (RFID) tag, comprising:
a memory;
at least one transceiver; and
at least one processor communicatively coupled to the memory and the at least one transceiver, the at least one processor configured to:
receive, via the at least one transceiver, from a transmitter RFID reader device, a first interrogation signal;
receive, via the at least one transceiver, from the transmitter RFID reader device, a second interrogation signal;
transmit, via the at least one transceiver, to at least one receiver RFID reader device, a first backscattered signal;
transmit, via the at least one transceiver, to the at least one receiver RFID reader device, a second backscattered signal having a known time offset relative to the first backscattered signal; and
receive an information signal from the transmitter RFID reader device, the information signal including the known time offset.
