A self-assembling nano-particle-based micelle composition, comprising a silver nanoparticle core and a plurality of layers of positively charged aromatic nitrogen-containing compounds wherein the positively charged aromatic nitrogen-containing compounds are selected from the group consisting of Rhodamine B and Methylene Blue.
