8 Claims

1. A non-oriented electrical steel sheet comprising: 1.5 to 4.0 wt % of Si; 0.1 to 1.5 wt % of Mn; 0.7 to 1.5 wt % of Al; 0.0001 to 0.003 wt % of Bi; and 0.001 to 0.0025 wt % of Ga, with the balance comprising Fe and inevitable impurities, and satisfying the following Formulas 1 and 2:

0.87≤[Al]+[Mn]≤3.0, [Formula 1]

wherein [Al] and [Mn] represent the contents wt % of Al and Mn, respectively,

0.0008≤[Bi]+[Ga]≤0.0055, [Formula 2]

wherein [Bi] and [Ga] represent the contents wt % of Bi and Ga, respectively.
