1. A detergent composition, comprising:
A) 10 to 30% by weight of octylphenol ethoxylate;
B) 0.1 to 5% by weight of 2-ethylhexyl alcohol ethoxylate;
C) 0.1 to 5% by weight of ethylene oxide-propylene oxide block copolymer; and
D) the balance water, based on a total 100% by weight of the composition, wherein the detergent composition maintains a neutral pH of 6.5 to 7.
