1. A compound of formula (I):

or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or solvate thereof, wherein:
X1-X4 are each independently alkylene;
n is an integer from 0 to 4;
R1 is alkoxy, hydroxyalkyl, halo or heterocyclylalkyloxy;
R2 is alkyl,
R11 is —SO2R3; and
R3 is heterocyclyl.
