1. A transaxle, comprising
a case that houses at least a rotating electrical machine and a gear, the case including a first boss portion and a second boss portion on a face that a vehicle member bent under a collision load abuts, wherein
the first boss portion protrudes toward a side of the vehicle member and is provided on an upward side with respect to the second boss portion,
the second boss portion protrudes toward the side of the vehicle member and is provided on a downward side with respect to the first boss portion such that the vehicle member abuts the first boss portion or an upper portion of the second boss portion before a lower portion of the second boss portion, and
at least a part of the upper portion of the second boss portion protrudes further than the lower portion of the second boss portion.
