1. A method of analyzing a sample of a body liquid, the method comprising:
providing a cartridge device comprising a first member having a sample chamber and a well containing antibody labeled with labeling substance and being selected to specifically bind to a target substance in the body liquid, and a second member, connected to said first member, and having a compartment holding a disposable pipette tip;
loading the sample to said sample chamber of said cartridge device;
connecting said disposable pipette tip to a pipette;
binding said labeled antibody to said target substance by aspirating a portion of said sample from said sample chamber into said pipette tip, and aspirating said labeled antibody from said well into said pipette tip; and
detecting said target substance in said pipette tip by introducing said pipette tip to an analyzer configured to detect said labeling substance.
