1. A method for imaging a droplet in oil after dispensing to a container, wherein an oil around the dispensed droplet in oil in the container has a specific gravity smaller than that of an oil using droplet formation, and wherein the droplets are trapped in an upper center of a dome-shaped interface of the oil around the dispensed droplet at the top of the container.
