1. A pulmonary delivery device incorporating a mouthpiece, the device comprising:
a main body having a first chamber for receiving a first fluid, the first chamber having a heating element adapted to thermally vaporise a quantity of the first fluid to form a relatively warm, wet first vapour and an outlet, and the mouthpiece being connectable to the main body via the outlet, the mouthpiece comprising an inner part forming an extension to the first chamber of the main body for passage of the first vapour and having an outer part forming a second chamber adapted for receipt of at least one flavour or aroma, wherein the second chamber includes at least one air inlet selectively or continuously communicating with air to provide a passive atomizer to atomize a quantity of the flavour or aroma without heating, wherein the flavour or aroma is inhaled by drawing air through the at least one air inlet of the second chamber.
