1. A method for reducing stiffness of the shoulder or lower back, or dull headache, comprising or orally administering an effective amount of a lactic acid bacterium to a human in need thereof, wherein the lactic acid bacterium is Lactobacillus paracasei strain KW3110, and wherein stiffness of the shoulder or lower back, or dull headache, is caused by use of one or more Visual Display Terminals (VDTs).
