1. A composition for promoting wound healing comprising:
a carrier; and
a plurality of hydrogen sulfide sustained-releasing microspheres encapsulated by the carrier, comprising:
a hydrophobic polymer selected from the group consisting of polycaprolactone (PCL), ethylcellulose, polyglycolide, and combinations thereof;
a surfactant; and
a sodium hydrosulfide, wherein the carrier is present in an amount of 300 weight parts to 400 weight parts based on per hundred weight parts of the plurality of the hydrogen sulfide sustained-releasing microspheres, and in each of the plurality of the hydrogen sulfide sustained-releasing microspheres, a weight ratio of the hydrophobic polymer to the surfactant to of the sodium hydrosulfide is 15-25:0.5-1.5:0.5-1.5.
