1. A composition comprising:
one or more nonionic surfactants,
1,3-propanediol,
one or more fatty substances other than fatty acids chosen from mixtures of solid fatty substances and liquid fatty substances,
said fatty substances other than fatty acids being present in a content greater than or equal to 10% by weight relative to the total weight of the composition,
one or more dyes.
