1. A method of placing a prosthesis in a vessel comprising:
placing a catheter having a first guidewire and a first outer sheath into a patient's vessel;
wherein the catheter comprises a delivery system within the first outer sheath, and
wherein the delivery system comprises:
a second guidewire,
an expandable stent graft over a lumen of the second guidewire, and
a second outer sheath over the expandable stent graft;
cannulating a branch of the vessel with the second guidewire; and
retracting the second outer sheath to deploy the expandable stent graft in the vessel branch.
