17. A system for delivering RF power to tissue, comprising:
a radiofrequency (RF) generator; and
a controller operatively coupled with the RF generator, wherein the controller is configured to
(a) cause the generator to deliver RF power to tissue electrically coupled to the generator,
(b) determine a target tissue impedance as a function of time by scaling a preexisting tissue impedance curve based upon a measured initial impedance of the tissue, and
(c) modulate the delivery of RF power so that a measured impedance of the tissue tracks the target tissue impedance as a function of time.
