1. A rigid scope comprising:
a rigid shaft; and
a handle for releasable attachment to the rigid shaft, the handle comprising:
a detachable lumened manifold configured to couple to the rigid shaft at a distal end, the detachable lumened manifold comprising a plurality of channels, each of the plurality of channels being fluidically isolated from one another;
a straight distal portion configured to detachably couple the handle with a proximal end of the detachable lumened manifold, the straight distal portion being aligned with a longitudinal axis of the rigid shaft;
an angled proximal portion configured to extend at an angle relative to the straight distal portion; and
a bellows configured to be compressible to insufflate air through at least one of the plurality of channels in the detachable lumened manifold into a rectum of a patient,
wherein each of the plurality of channels is configured to form a unidirectional sealed barrier that prevents air or fluid contamination from reaching the straight distal portion.
