1. An apparatus comprising:
a memory; and
a processor coupled to the memory, the processor to control execution of a process including,
randomly generating a white noise obeying zero-mean Chi-square distribution; and
filtering the white noise by using a spectrum of equivalent nonlinear noise as a filter to obtain an equivalent nonlinear noise,
wherein
the process to randomly generate the white noise comprises:
generating a group of Chi-square distribution random variables K; and
subtracting a mean value of the random variables K from the random variables K to obtain the white noise,
or
the process to randomly generate the white noise comprises:
generating a group of Chi-square distribution random variables K; and
subtracting the random variables K from a mean value of the random variables K to obtain the white noise.
