1. A side by side image detection method, comprising:
obtaining a first image with a first image size;
detecting a second image that conforms to a side-by-side image format within the first image by using a convolutional neural network model, wherein the second image has a second image size; and
switching a 3D display to a 3D display mode to display a 3D picture according to the second image in response to obtaining the second image that conforms to the side-by-side image format from the first image,
wherein detecting the second image that conforms to the side-by-side image format within the first image by using the convolutional neural network model comprises:
inputting the first image into the convolutional neural network model, and obtaining a confidence parameter according to model output data of the convolutional neural network model; and
obtaining the second image that conforms to the side-by-side image format within the first image according to the model output data of the convolutional neural network model in response to the confidence parameter being greater than a threshold value.
