1. A method comprising:
generating, by at least one processor, a healthcare service recommendation comprising at least one recommended healthcare service determined as a function of patient information input to a recommendation engine comprising a machine learning model;
generating, by the at least one processor, a purchase information record comprising an individual redemption status of each individual service of a bundled plurality of individual services, wherein the bundled plurality of individual services comprises at least the at least one recommended healthcare service; and
generating, by the at least one processor, a machine-readable identifier uniquely associated with the purchase information record.
