1. A server comprising
a processor configured to:
acquire schedule information on each of a plurality of users;
set a charging priority at a time of charging each of a plurality of moving objects based on the schedule information on each of the plurality of users, each of the plurality of moving objects being preliminarily associated with each of the plurality of users, and including a rechargeable secondary battery;
charge each of the plurality of moving objects based on the charging priority;
acquire biological information on each of the plurality of users;
set the charging priority of each of the plurality of moving objects based on the biological information and the schedule information;
determine whether or not an abnormality has occurred in the biological information for each of the plurality of users; and
set the charging priority of the moving object preliminarily associated with the user determined to have the abnormality in the biological information to be higher than that of the moving object preliminarily associated with another user.
