an amplifier;
a speaker;
a touchscreen;
a voice recognition system;
at least one processor;
at least one tangible, non-transitory computer-readable medium; and
program instructions stored on the at least one tangible, non-transitory computer-readable medium that are executable by the at least one processor such that the first playback device is configured to:

receive, via the touchscreen, at least one first input indicating a command to play back media content in a synchrony group with the second playback device;
after receiving the at least one first input, play back the media content in the synchrony group with the second playback device, such that the amplifier drives the speaker by amplifying one or more audio signals that correspond to the media content;
while playing back the media content in the synchrony group with the second playback device, receive, via the voice recognition system, at least one second input indicating a command to modify playback of the media content; and
based on the at least one second input, cause the playback of the media content to be modified.
