1. A composition for a storable liquid suspension of hollow particles comprising:
a plurality of hollow particles,
water,
a suspending aid,
a styrene-butadiene latex stabilizer; and
a non-ionic surfactant stabilizer selected from the group consisting of polyethylene oxide, polypropylene oxide, polyethylene glycol/polypropylene glycol block copolymers, derivatives thereof, and mixtures thereof; wherein the non-ionic surfactant is present in the liquid suspension at a concentration of about 3% to about 30% by weight of the liquid suspension; wherein the liquid suspension is homogenous.
