1. A display device comprising:
a bank pattern disposed on a substrate;
a light emitting element disposed in a light emitting area partitioned by the bank pattern on the substrate, and extended in a thickness direction of the substrate;
a wavelength conversion layer disposed on the light emitting element in the light emitting area and converting a wavelength of light emitted from the light emitting element; and
a protective film disposed between the light emitting element and the wavelength conversion layer in the light emitting area, wherein
the protective film is disposed between at least one side of the light emitting element and at least one side of the bank pattern which face each other,
at least one layer in the bank pattern and at least one layer in the light emitting element have a same thickness, are formed from a same layer, and consist of a same material, and
the wavelength conversion layer converts at least a portion of a first light emitted from the light emitting element into a fourth light that is mixture light of a second light and a third light.
