1. A device comprising:
a member having:
a substantially opaque region comprising:
a first substrate substantially transparent in the visible spectrum,
a first layer disposed in a first direction relative the first substrate, the first layer substantially opaque in a visible spectrum,
a second layer disposed in the first direction relative the first layer, the second layer substantially reflective in the visible spectrum, and
a fourth layer disposed between the first and second layers; and
a sensor opening region defined by an absence of the first layer, the sensor opening region comprising:
the first substrate,
a third layer having a high refractive index and disposed in the first direction relative the first substrate,
the fourth layer is disposed between the third and second layers and extends across the entirety of the sensor opening region, and
the second layer disposed in the first direction relative the third layer;
wherein:
when viewed from the first direction:
the difference between a total light reflectance of the member at the substantially opaque region and at the sensor opening region is less than five percent, and
the difference between a color reflectance of the member at the substantially opaque region and at the sensor opening region is less than 5 delta C* units; and
a sensor disposed in a second direction of the sensor opening region of the member is operable to receive light through the member at the sensor opening region, the second direction opposite the first direction.
