1. An antenna system comprising:
a plurality of planar antennas;
a first set of at least two antennas from the plurality of planar antennas;
a second set of at least two antennas from the plurality of planar antennas; and
a first reconfigurable circuitry coupling a first RF signal to at least one antenna from the first set of antennas, wherein in a first configuration of the first circuitry the first RF signal is coupled and radiated by at least one antenna in the first set of antennas to a first spatial sector, and in a second configuration of the first circuitry the first RF signal is coupled and radiated by at least one antenna in the first set of antennas to a second spatial sector different from the first spatial sector,
where the first spatial sector and the second spatial sector have different angular coverage.
