1. A method for monitoring a physical downlink control channel, comprising:
receiving downlink control information in an n-th time slot; and
performing physical downlink control channel monitoring from a (n+X)-th time slot, based on a switched physical downlink control channel monitoring state, in a case that the downlink control information comprises switching indication information on a physical downlink control channel monitoring state; wherein n and X are both integers, and X is greater than or equal to 1;
wherein the switching indication information on the physical downlink control channel monitoring state comprises:
skipping all or part of the physical downlink control channel monitoring in a time period; and
switching a parameter of a physical downlink control channel search space.
