1. One or more processors, comprising:
circuitry to perform an application programming interface (API) to;
allocate a buffer for transferring data between a first computing resource that uses a first data transport protocol and a second computing resource that uses a second, different data transport protocol, wherein the second computing resource is to perform one or more wireless communication operations using data stored in the allocated buffer; and
use an identifier of one or more functions of the first data transport protocol to identify one or more functions of the second, different data transport protocol that is to cause the transfer of the data between the first computing resource and the second computing resource.
