11. A communication device, comprising:
a processor; and
a memory, configured to store an instruction executable by the processor;
wherein the processor, when running the executable instruction applied to a user equipment (UE) for processing a HARQ-ACK feedback, is configured to:
send, in response to a collision between a first physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) resource and a preset transmission resource, a hybrid automatic retransmission request acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) feedback on a second PUCCH resource; wherein the first PUCCH resource is a resource for transmitting the HARQ-ACK feedback of a downlink semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) resource, and the second PUCCH resource is located after the first PUCCH resource in a time domain and does not collide with the preset transmission resource;
wherein the second PUCCH resource is determined based on an increased K1 value, the increased K1 value is increased based on a K1 value, the K1 value is a slot offset between a slot where the HARQ-ACK feedback is located and a slot where an SPS PDSCH resource corresponding to the HARQ-ACK feedback is located, and the K1 value is less than or equal to a preset value.
