1. A battery energy processing device, comprising:
an energy exchange interface;
a first circuit, wherein a first end of the first circuit is connected with the energy exchange interface and a second end of the first circuit is connected with a battery;
a second circuit, wherein a first end of the second circuit is connected with the battery;
an energy storage device, wherein the energy storage device is connected with a second end of the second circuit; and
a controller, configured to: in a first preset state, control the second circuit to charge and discharge the battery to heat the battery, and control the first circuit to receive energy from the energy exchange interface and output the energy to the battery to charge the battery.
