1. A system for improving distributed network data flow efficiency, the system comprising:
one or more processor; and
a memory storing computer-readable instructions; wherein execution of the computer-readable instructions by the one or more processor performs steps comprising:
aggregating data from a plurality of data sources to a standardized format in at least one database, the data including user data of a plurality of users of entity services of an entity and prospective user data of prospective users of the entity services of the entity;
categorizing, within the at least one database, the data based on a plurality of data attributes;
querying, based on at least one automatic triggering condition that initiates a query, the at least one database to identify data satisfying one or more query conditions of the query, the at least one automatic triggering condition including a predetermined time of each day with less operational strain on system resources;
identifying the data satisfying the one or more query conditions of the query and based thereon generating a plurality of active leads for further data processing;
automatically filtering the plurality of active leads based on one or more predefined selection criteria to obtain one or more filtered leads;
aggregating the one or more filtered leads with one or more existing stored leads as part of interaction lead list data; and
applying one or more prioritization standards to the interaction lead list data to identify at least one interaction lead, and based thereon transmitting, via a network connection, the at least one interaction lead to at least one agent device.
