1. An apparatus to predict memory failure, comprising:
a substrate;
a nonvolatile memory disposed on the substrate; and
a controller disposed on the substrate, the controller to correlate a hardware configuration of a memory device with historical data indicating memory faults for specific elements of the hardware configuration, predict an uncorrectable error (UE) based on correlation of the hardware configuration with the historical data including generating faulty component address (FCA) information, and generate an estimate of faulty page address (FPA) information to indicate pages for a host operating system (OS) to offline based on the FCA information, wherein the controller is to store the FCA information in the nonvolatile memory, to persist the FCA information between boots of the host OS, wherein the controller is to pass the FPA information to the host OS, including FPA information based on persisted FCA information.
