1. A method for creating an image dataset of a mapping area situated in a measuring volume of a magnetic resonance (MR) system using the MR system, the method comprising:
reading out a k-space corresponding to the mapping area, the reading-out of k-space including:
a) switching a gradient (Gs) in the slice selection direction and a phase-encoding gradient (Gp) in at least one further encoding direction by a gradient unit of the MR system,
b) after reaching a full strength of the gradient (Gs) switched in the slice selection direction and a full strength of the switched phase-encoding gradient (Gp), radiating a non-slice-selective radio-frequency (RF) excitation pulse (RF1) by a RF unit of the MR system,
c) after radiating the non-slice-selective RF excitation pulse (RF1), powering down the gradient (Gs) switched in the slice selection direction,
d) after a time t1 after the most recently radiated RF excitation pulse (RF1), recording echo signals by the RF unit and storing the recorded echo signals as first raw data points (RD1) along a radial k-space trajectory predefined by the full strength of the phase-encoding gradients (Gp) further switched during recording of the echo signals,
e) repeating steps a) to c) with different phase-encoding gradients (Gp) until k-space corresponding to the mapping area in a first region (B1) is read out depending on the time t1 along radial k-space trajectories, and
f) reading out k-space corresponding to the mapping area, which is not covered by the first region (B1) of k-space, and which comprises at least a k-space center, in a manner different to that of steps a) to e), and storing the read-out k-space corresponding to the mapping area as second raw data points (RD2),
reconstructing, by evaluator of the MR system, image data (BD) based on the recorded first and second raw data points of k-space.
