A composition or combination comprising a first sialidase, a second sialidase, and an O-glycosidase, wherein: the first sialidase is a polypeptide comprising or consisting of the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 2; the second sialidase is a polypeptide comprising or consisting of the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 5; and the O-glycosidase is a polypeptide comprising or consisting of the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 10.
