1. A glass plate, comprising:
a glass having a composition including 55≤SiO2≤73.56, 1.44≤Al2O3≤9, 6.0≤B2O3≤13, 0≤MgO≤15, 0≤CaO≤20, 0≤SrO≤15, 0≤BaO≤1, 0.01≤Li2O≤19.1, 0≤Na2O≤16,
0.9≤K2O≤16, 0≤ZrO2≤2, 0.001≤Fe2O3≤5, 0.001≤TiO2≤5, 0≤PbO<0.001, and 0≤ZnO≤3 such that the 0.91≤R2O≤20, 0≤RO≤20, 56.44≤SiO2+Al2O3≤75, 85≤SiO2+Al2O3+MgO+CaO+SrO+BaO+Li2O+Na2O+K2O+Fe2O3+TiO2≤100, 10<7Al2O3+3MgO-4Li2O≤66, and 0≤Na2O/R2O≤0.8, by mol % based on oxides, where R2O is a total content of alkali metal oxides, and RO is a total content of MgO, CaO, SrO, and BaO,
wherein the glass plate has a radio transmittance of at least 20% at a frequency of 100 GHz as calculated as 18 mm thickness.
