1. An impact hammer tool, comprising:
a housing having a bore extending in a first direction;
a motor disposed in the housing and having a motor axis that is substantially perpendicular to the first direction;
a tool bit operably coupled to and extending from the housing;
a hammer operably coupled to the motor; and
an intermediate bit slidably disposed in the bore and adapted to receive an impact force from the hammer when the motor is operated and impact the tool bit.
