1. A reusable absorbent insert, comprising:
a configurable pad, the configurable pad comprising a first section and a second section, the second section separated from the first section at least partially by a folding guide; and
a pad collection sleeve;
wherein the configurable pad has an unfolded pad plan surface area comprising an unfolded pad width when the reusable absorbent insert is in an unfolded, flat-out configuration;
wherein the pad collection sleeve has an unfolded sleeve plan surface area comprising an unfolded sleeve width when the reusable absorbent insert is in an unfolded, flat-out configuration;
wherein the unfolded pad width is greater than or substantially equal to the unfolded sleeve width; and
wherein the first section comprises a non-fastened portion, a fastened portion, and a secondary folding guide defined at an interior end of the non-fastened portion, the secondary folding guide comprises a secondary folding axis transverse to the unfolded sleeve width, and the first section is configured to fold along the secondary folding guide and over the secondary folding axis to form a semi-folded first section configuration.
